MediaCase technical support is now available via the enhanced support Knowledgebase.

Please browse or search the knowledgebase for answers to most common issues.

If you support question is not answered in the knowledgebase, please click on the 'Ask a question' link within the knowledgebase and submit your question. All questions will be answered via the knowledgebase at which point you will be notified immediately by email. Questions and Answers in the knowledgebase will be made available to all users of the knowledgebase to assist others who may have similar issues.
